The new Hyundai KONA came as a game-changer for the brand. It is the symbol of their new direction in terms of design and they wanted to make their launch campaign to be a statement for both their competitors and the audience. They had great images and videos form the distributor, but for them, they lacked a strong concept and a visual lenguage that communicated their values.
My role in this campaign was to lead the Art Direction of the campaign, that included the visual image and graphic design, the video editing and the creation of an exclusive song for the campaign in collaboration with the canarian Dj David Fesser. The campaign was awarded with a gold medal in Paris, in the Hyundai Global Marketing Conference. For a small distributor like Hyundai Canarias, standing in front of countries like United Kingdom and India was a huge recognition.
